At JS Fitness, our programs focus on strength training, weight loss, muscle building, endurance, core specific movements and flexibility. Thirty minute workouts are tailored to each individual to provide a challenging, yet attainable workout that will help participants to become stronger- both mentally and physically.
Trainers watch and guide each movement in order to ensure proper form throughout a session. Their objective is to teach basic fundamentals, to shift bodies to move correctly; not just to strengthen their clients, but to also build knowledge and awareness leading to self-confidence.
Nutritional guidance as well as personalized meal plans help round out the wellness experience to help change lives. Weekly assessments help keep clients in reach of fitness goals.
